McKenna leads the way as U16 girls defeat Wexford

Three minutes later, Kildare had worked the ball back up the field and captain Mikaela McKenna blasted a ball past Katie Lawlor to equalise the sides. This spurted on Kildare and they added three unanswered points through Rebecca Houlihane (0-1) and McKenna (0-2). Wexford were not phased by Kildares dominance and with 19 minutes played, Chloe Fox scored Wexfords second goal to equalise the sides.
